Happy 2007!
Long time since we last wrote something. In the meantime, we went to Bucharest for the Holidays and we went to Aachen for a long weekend plus work.
In Bucharest we had a very memorable New Year’s Eve, as we tried to get to the EU Integration celebration party in the University Square (in the center) before midnight. Of course, we were not the only ones trying that, so the trip there took much longer than the time we actually spent at the party, but at least we made it before 12, took photos and saw how the atmosphere was LIVE. Then, we went through a similar pain trying to get back home and eat the food 🙂 Around 1:45 we made it back and then kept eating till around 6:45.
Aachen was very cute and this time we even made it to Maastricht, which I liked very much. Lots of small shops and nice buildings. Hopefully, we will be able to post some photos soon.
Now the winter finally came to Helsinki. It’s cold and white. The day got longer and it’s quite nice. I have to say that the time between October to December is very depressing here, in Finland.
